These terms govern your use of Aura, a Puerto Rico event marketplace operated by TPF LLC. By using Aura, you agree to these terms.
Marketplace role
Aura helps clients discover vendors, request quotes, organize event needs, and communicate about event services. Vendor availability, pricing, and final service terms may vary and must be confirmed before booking.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate event and contact information, use Aura lawfully, and avoid submitting misleading, abusive, or unauthorized requests.
SMS terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in through Aura, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to event requests, leads, quotes, reminders, bookings, and account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Payments and bookings
Any deposits, contracts, invoices, cancellations, or refunds are governed by the final agreement between the client and the vendor or by TPF LLC when it is the service provider.
No guarantee
Aura may help match event needs with available vendors, but it does not guarantee vendor availability, pricing, event outcomes, or uninterrupted platform access.
